The Second Project Academy Held in Sarajevo
The second Project Academy, organized by BRAVO and Brain Tank, was successfully held in Sarajevo from 9 to 12 February. The Academy brought together participants from all over Bosnia and Herzegovina and once again showed the importance of building skills in project writing and project management.
Diverse Participants – Better Learning Experience
The Academy included civil society organizations from Bosnia and Herzegovina working in different fields, as well as companies from various sectors. This diversity made the education more interesting and interactive. Participants shared their experiences, ideas, and perspectives, which added great value to the learning process.
Academy Structure: Four Modules and Mentorship
The Project Academy includes four working modules, where participants learned about:
- project proposal writing
- understanding funds and open calls
- project activities planning
- budgeting
- application rules and procedures
After the Academy, participants will receive three months of mentorship. This mentorship will help them start developing their own project ideas, prepare project proposals, and successfully apply for available funds.
Academy Goal: Stronger Bosnia and Herzegovina Through Projects
The main goal of the Project Academy is to enable participants to independently create project proposals and use available funds on their own.
In addition, the Academy aims to strengthen Bosnia and Herzegovina through different projects financed by funds that are available to the country, creating long-term positive impact.
The Academy was led by Ismail Sehić, a lecturer with several years of experience in preparing and implementing projects funded by EU funds. Through a practical and interactive approach, he shared key knowledge and real examples from project writing and implementation.
